Hailing from the South Wales valleys, Darren is proud to represent his local constituents in the upcoming General Election. With a career spanning approximately 35 years in Engineering and Construction, and seven years of experience in the NHS, Darren brings a wealth of expertise to his candidacy.
Passionate About Sport and Community
Outside of his professional life, Darren is deeply engaged in sports, particularly Rugby and football. His involvement in playing, coaching, and managing teams has allowed him to forge lasting relationships both locally and globally. His commitment to sports reflects his broader dedication to community and teamwork.

Darren is also a dedicated supporter of various charities. He takes pride in his active participation in fundraising and supporting causes such as Cancer Research, Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice, Age Concern, suicide awareness, Welsh veterans, and local charities. His charitable work demonstrates his commitment to making a positive impact on the lives of others.
