Outside of his professional life, Darren is deeply engaged in sports, particularly Rugby and football. His involvement in playing, coaching, and managing teams has allowed him to forge lasting relationships both locally and globally. His commitment to sports reflects his broader dedication to community and teamwork.

Darren is also a dedicated supporter of various charities. He takes pride in his active participation in fundraising and supporting causes such as Cancer Research, Noah’s Ark Children’s Hospice, Age Concern, suicide awareness, Welsh veterans, and local charities.
