Featherstone's career spans a broad spectrum of industries, including Brewing, Oil & Gas, IT & Software, and a notable 16 years within the NHS. He held significant leadership roles, including 11 years as a Director for three NHS Trusts. His professional journey reflects a deep commitment to both the private sector and public service.

In addition to his corporate and public sector achievements, Malcolm Featherstone founded and developed a social care company.
