Trevor Nicholls ran for Parliament in 2015 and has observed the population of Warrington double to 210,000 since then. Despite this growth, the town still relies on the same hospital facilities. As your MP, Nicholls is dedicated to advocating for a new hospital in Warrington, a project initially supported by the Conservatives but later abandoned.

Infrastructure and Housing Challenges

Nicholls highlights concerns about recent infrastructure decisions. The council's approval of a new road connecting Wilson Pattern Street to Chester Road aimed to ease congestion. However, this was followed by the approval of around 700 new houses, which has compounded traffic issues. Nicholls is committed to addressing these concerns and ensuring that infrastructure improvements match the town's needs.
