Welcome to the Kettering constituency page for Reform UK. My name is Daniel Monie and I was born in Wellingborough and have lived in the county most of my life. I had never been involved with any political parties until joining Reform UK but it was clear to me the old political parties were not standing up for common sense or the interests of the people.

I feel our country, county and constituency of Kettering (including Burton Latimer, Desborough, Rothwell and all the villages), is in severe decline with no sign of a turnaround. Having talked with many local residents such as when canvassing at the breakthrough Wellingborough by election in February, I know many of you also feel the same.

My background and working life has been mainly in nursing in the NHS, having started my nurse training at Kettering Hospital in 1992. I have seen the impact of our country’s decline on our ability to achieve the best for patients and their loved ones. I believe Reform UK is the only party with a true plan to turn this around by cutting taxes for the nurses and social workers on the frontline and a commitment to zero waiting lists after two years.

Reform UK has many other ambitious and common sense policies with UK citizens at the heart of all of them. There is a momentum for change in the country and you can help to be part of that.
