Lesley Barbara Kaya, widely known as Barbara, hails from Denton where she attended Russell Scott School and Fairfield High School for Girls. With a childhood marked by joy and a solid education, Barbara’s early years laid a strong foundation for her future endeavors.

At 20, Barbara embarked on a solo journey across Europe, an adventure that led her to live in Turkey. Eventually, she settled in Tameside, embracing married life. Her interests include walking and horse riding, fueling her commitment to preserving green spaces for future generations.
