Jane Barry Parsons has always embraced life with enthusiasm and a genuine desire to spread joy. At the age of 17, she obtained her driving license, which allowed her to pick up her beloved grandmothers each weekend for 'Sunday Tea.' This simple act of kindness made them feel cherished and brought immense happiness to both them and Jane.

Career and Achievements

Although Jane's grandmothers are no longer with her, the cherished memories of those times continue to inspire her. In more recent years, Jane has dedicated herself to a range of impactful roles. She has spent challenging yet rewarding years with her partner, providing a nurturing home for young people in care. Her career has been marked by significant achievements, including:

  • Serving as a Cabinet Member on a large County Council

  • Being honored as an Alderman

  • Leading a District Council with a focus on agriculture and business enterprise

  • Contributing as a Magistrate, engaging in various aspects of legal work

  • Working as a Vice-Principal and Mathematics Teacher

Lasting Values and Beliefs

Through these diverse roles, Jane has had the privilege of supporting many individuals in meaningful and positive ways.
