Steph Harwood Biography for Mid Buckinghamshire
Steph Harwood is proudly running as the Reform UK Candidate for the newly established Mid Buckinghamshire constituency. A devoted resident of Buckinghamshire for many years, Harwood has deep-rooted connections to the county, where she has raised her children and is committed to preserving the region’s unique character for future generations.
Extensive Experience in Sports and Arts Marketing
With over 30 years of experience in the Sports and Arts marketing sector, Harwood has successfully operated her own SME business for two decades. Her career has included representing prominent clients such as Johnson & Johnson, Danone UK, The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, and the Notting Hill Carnival Trust. These roles have provided her with a robust skill set and a steadfast commitment to positively impacting her community.
Addressing National Concerns and Local Issues
Harwood is deeply concerned about the gradual decline of the nation’s infrastructure and the erosion of national identity. She believes that both major political parties have failed to listen to the public, making grand promises with little follow-through. Harwood is particularly troubled by the HS2 project’s impact on Mid Buckinghamshire, which she feels has led to unnecessary destruction of the green belt and encroachment on vital land needed for food production.
Advocating for Common Sense and Effective Representation
As a Reform UK candidate, Harwood is dedicated to prioritizing common sense in government and ensuring that the electorate’s voices are heard and acted upon. She is determined to address the decline in local industry and the strain on public services, which are struggling to keep pace with a rapidly growing population.
A Commitment to Listening and Delivering for Mid Buckinghamshire
If elected as the Member of Parliament for Mid Buckinghamshire, Steph Harwood promises to listen attentively, advocate strongly for local needs, and work diligently to deliver tangible results for the community
