Gareth Beer Biography, Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Llanelli

A small business owner and tradesperson, husband, dad to four children, Kidwelly Town councillor and a Community Hall Committee Trustee. Left school at 18 to work in telecommunications retail management before starting his own business in 2006 to provide support and accommodation to young people.

His eldest son is an athlete who had previously represented Llanelli Athletic Club, County and Wales in both U15s and U17s competitions. Both sons active in fitness and kickboxing, so as a father he understand first-hand the importance of sports and athletics opportunities for young people’ wellbeing and development.

Married to Michelle a Llanelli lass who went to Graig Comprehensive school and Coleg Sir Gar, a law and business postgraduate who supports both the family and family business. Both Gareth and Michelle are active members in their local community.

Gareth advocates upholding free speech and democracy, serving the people he represents with honesty and intergrity and to stand up for the Llanelli constituents.
