Edward Apostolides is proud to stand as the Reform UK candidate for the Beckenham & Penge constituency, a vibrant and diverse community he has called home for nearly three decades. With a deep commitment to ensuring every voice is heard, Edward aims to address the concerns of residents from all walks of life, a right that has significantly diminished under successive Conservative and Labour governments over the past twenty years.

Drawing from his experiences as a single parent, small business owner, and taxpayer, Edward's background resonates with many in the community. His firsthand understanding of their challenges enables him to more effectively advocate for the interests and concerns of Beckenham & Penge's constituents.

Edward is deeply troubled by the decline witnessed in recent years. Issues such as unsustainable mass immigration, economic strain from soaring taxes, and the skyrocketing costs of food, housing, and energy bills are at the forefront of his campaign. He is also concerned about declining public services, with millions languishing on NHS waiting lists and the difficulty of securing face-to-face appointments with GPs. Additionally, he is critical of the "wokeism" that has permeated institutions like the police, schools, and universities.

Furthermore, Edward opposes the rush towards an unachievable net zero target, which he believes will impoverish the most vulnerable and make the nation less productive. He emphasizes that the challenges we face are severe and urgent, requiring immediate and practical solutions.

Edward asserts that politicians from the two main parties have proven to be arrogant, inept, out of touch, and dishonest. He believes the British public has been taken for fools for far too long and that it is time to say enough. Reform UK stands out as the only party offering common-sense policies based on the needs of the people, rather than ideologies that have little meaning to the vast majority of British citizens.
