With a background in education, healthcare, and social support, Toby has tirelessly worked to uplift disadvantaged individuals and contribute to the betterment of society.

Having served as a qualified teacher, Toby has empowered disadvantaged teenagers in Gt Yarmouth through study programs. His tenure as a Nursing Assistant within the NHS and as a compassionate Community Carer for the elderly reflects his unwavering dedication to improving the lives of others.

Driven by a passion for reform and a desire to create a brighter future for his children and generations to come, Toby found his calling within Reform UK. Recognizing the need for change in the country's political landscape, Toby decided to step forward and be the voice for those who seek a better tomorrow.

Toby's roots in South West Norfolk run deep, having lived in the area and maintained close ties with his family, who still reside here. He cherishes the memories of his education at Downham Market's 6th Form and his active involvement in the local community, including playing for the rugby team and contributing to various establishments, from lettuce farms to pubs and even a Medieval Banquet Hall.
