Meet Garry Sutherland, your prospective parliamentary candidate for the vibrant constituency of Exmouth And Exeter East, representing Reform UK. With a deep-rooted connection to the region, Garry resides in East Devon with his family.
Garry's ties to the area stem from his military background. Having earned the esteemed green beret at Lympstone, he served proudly with 3 Commando Brigade. Following his military tenure, Garry dedicated a decade to serving as a technical consultant for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, followed by six years with Joint Force Intelligence. In 2021, he returned to his beloved Devon.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Garry is an avid sports enthusiast, particularly passionate about cricket and indoor rowing. His recent achievement includes securing a silver medal at the European Championships in Paris this past February.
Garry is committed to connecting with the community and understanding the diverse perspectives on reform. He eagerly anticipates engaging with constituents to hear their visions for positive change.
