His leadership during the challenging COVID-19 period, including a two-year tenure as Worthing Mayor, reflects his steadfast commitment to the town's well-being.
As a proud veteran of the Royal Navy, Lionel has championed the cause of our Armed Forces, serving as the Borough's Armed Forces Champion for 3 years. He continues his advocacy for service personnel and veterans, holding key positions in local associations.
